Pat Mood coordinates our pastoral care team at Saint James'

At Saint James' we are here for each other and for anyone needing care, prayer and support in times of difficult life circumstances, illness, whether physical or mental, and grief.

Members of our pastoral care team take home communion to those who would like to receive communion but are not able to come to church to join one of our regular communion services. Our home communion network is an important means through which people are able to receive the sacrament and remain a part of our worship and our extended fellowship.

Members of our pastoral care team also offer a listening ear to those who are bereaved.
